How can I rate a store?

We know how valuable customer feedback can be, so we've built a feature that lets customers rate stores they've made a purchase from.

To leave a rating, you can visit the orders section within your profile or the store's marketplace page. You'll be able to review any stores that you've placed an order with as a Storenvy user. 

Your ratings let sellers know when they deserve a gold star (yay!). They will also help us find stores we should reach out to about making improvements. In the future, we'll also use this information to inform customers about the quality of service they can expect from Storenvy businesses.
