How long will my order take to arrive?

We ask that all store owners ship orders within 7 days of being placed, but we encourage store owners to ship within 1-2 days. That being said please be aware of stores that are selling pre-orders or shipping from a different country as that can greatly influence how long it takes to receive your order. Be sure to check each store's FAQ page for expectations on turnaround times.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take 2-10 business days to arrive, and up to a month or more for international orders. Individual stores might provide more information on their FAQ page, so check there for more information.

You can view your past orders in your Account Settings, from the Orders drop-down on the right-hand side of the site. From there you will be able to view your order status: Open, Shipped, On Hold, Pending or Canceled. If something seems wrong, you can contact the store owner directly from this page.
