How many Engage emails can I send a customer?

For discount codes you can only send 1 email every 7 days to each customer. After 7 days the message status will revert back to “send now” from “sent”.

For cart emails you’ll be able to send 1 cart email per cart to each customer. If the customer has a new cart abandonment you’ll be able to send a new cart email for the new cart.
