Using the advanced filter tool you’ll be able to sort your customer data to send more targeted and effective campaigns.
You’ll be able to sort customers by if they Watch your store, past amount of orders, and the date of their last cart abandonment. You can also filter by message status to find all successful, sent, or not sent messages.
Example 1: Let’s say you want to reward all repeat customers that watch your store by sending them a discount code. You’ll use the Advanced filter button to find customers that Watch your marketplace store and have placed more than 1 order with your shop. You can use the message status filters to find only customers that you have not yet sent a discount code to this week. Set up your advanced filters as follows.
Example 2: Let’s say you want to find all the customers that have had a cart abandonment in the last week that you have not sent a cart email to. Set up your advanced filters as follows.
Don’t be afraid. Get on over to your Email tab and start playing around with Advanced Filters to see what types of customers you have!
