Terms of Subscription Policy
These terms are incorporated into Storenvy’s Store Owner's Agreement at https://support.storenvy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038815332-Store-Owner-s-Agreement (or any successor website) (“Store Owner's Agreement”) and are governed by such Store Owner's Agreement. Store Owner’s use of any Storenvy services is subject to the Store Owner's Agreement in its entirety. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Store Owner's Agreement. These terms were last updated on September 1, 2021.
Subscription Plans.
Store Owners may purchase a monthly or annual subscription to a paid subscription plan (a “Subscription Plan”), as presented during the sign-up process. Unless a Store Owner opts out of auto-renewal, which may be done through the Store Owner account settings, any subscriptions will renew automatically for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected for the Subscription Plan, at the then-current non-promotional rate. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (as per the option selected by the Store Owner when subscribing to one of the Subscription Plans) and are non-refundable, provided that if a Store Owner terminates a subscription, such Store Owner may continue to use the Subscription Plan until the end of the then-current term; Store Owner’s subscription will not be renewed after the then-current term expires.
Payment Authorization.
When signing up for a Subscription Plan, Store Owner agrees that Storenvy may process Store Owner’s credit card or other authorized payment method on each monthly, annual, or other renewal term (based on the applicable billing cycle), on the calendar day corresponding to the first day of the applicable subscription term and each successive renewal period, as applicable. For clarity, if a Store Owner’s paid monthly subscription to a Subscription Plan begins on a day not contained in the subsequent month (e.g., Store Owner’s service began on December 30 and there is no February 30), Storenvy will process Store Owner’s payment on the last day of such month. Store Owner may elect to cancel or downgrade a Subscription Plan at any time. Store Owner’s non-termination or continued use of the services under a Subscription Plan reaffirms that Storenvy is authorized to charge Store Owner’s credit card or other authorized payment method for such Subscription Plan. Storenvy may submit such charges for payment and Store Owner shall be responsible for such charges, provided that the foregoing does not waive Storenvy’s right to seek payment directly from Store Owner.
Unpaid Accounts.
If payment for the foregoing is not received within thirty (30) calendar days of the billing date of any invoice provided by Storenvy, Storenvy will automatically downgrade the Store Owner’s account to Our free plan and/or revoke access to the Storenvy platform. Storenvy reserves the right to withhold any monies owed, at its discretion, to cover any payments owed to Storenvy. Storenvy may or may not contact Store Owner directly to notify Store Owner of its unpaid account.
Refund Policy
Storenvy does not provide any refunds for fees related to Subscription Plans. Accordingly, no credits or refunds are issued for cancelled yearly plans, as cancellations take effect at the end of the one-year commitment.
