Why are my Hidden Collections visible in my store?

If you customized your theme before November 14th 2013, so you are no longer automatically receiving theme updates, you will need to change the code in your store slightly to take advantage of the 'Hide Collection' feature.

In your 'Layout' HTML file, find 'collections.all' and replace it with 'collections.nav'.
