What can’t I sell in my store?

• Unauthorized intellectual property
• Domain names
• Weapons
• Living creatures / animals
• Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or tobacco related products (i.e e-cigarette)
• Anything depicting a person in a sex act
• "Adult toys" for which buyers are required to be over 18 +
• Human remains or body parts
• Hazardous Material 
• Fireworks
• Replica Items
• Artifacts, grave-related items, and Native American arts and crafts (unless compliant with The Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990).

Note:

Tasteful nudity may be allowed if the artwork is considered fine art, such as Michelangelo's David. You can read more detail here. The Storenvy Marketplace is browsed by users of all ages, so please keep that in mind when listing your products. 

Whether a product is allowed or not is at the sole discretion of Storenvy. While we do not monitor all products as they are added to stores, we reserve the right to suspend any store selling them until they are removed on a case by case basis as they are brought to our attention.
