As part of the Storenvy Store Owner's Agreement, you have agreed to ship your orders within 7 days of when they were placed, unless otherwise clearly stated. We recommend shipping them within 1-2 days as a gesture of good customer service.
Other than that, just use common sense with your packing materials to make sure that nothing gets damaged before your buyer receives it.
We also strongly recommend marking orders as shipped in your Storenvy Admin Panel. This keeps your customers up to date and helps you keep track of what orders still need to be shipped.
When you click "Ship Order", you will be greeted with a pop up that will allow you to send a custom message as well as tracking information to your customer. This is a great opportunity to send your customer a thank you and possibly a coupon code for future purchases.
