The Storenvy Default "Thank You" message is perfect way to let your customers know that their product has shipped while also letting them know that you care. We have gone ahead and pre-populated a default message for you but feel free to get creative!
You can edit the message by going to your Admin Panel and then the "Settings" tab and the "Customer Support & FAQ" section.
Available "Thank You" message options:
- {{ first_name }} (example: Jon)
- {{ last_name }} (example: Crawford)
- {{ store_name }} (example: Storenvy)
- {{ store_url }} (example: http://storenvy.storenvy.com)
- {{ city }} (example: San Francisco)
- {{ state }} (example: California)
- {{ country }} (example: United States)
When using the "Thank You" message syntax using the options above will automatically pull in a customer's information and populate that field. To use one of these options simply type one of the options listed above surrounded by two curly brackets opening and closing the variable.
For example:
Hi {{ first_name }}!
Thanks for your order. It's been shipped and is on its way. People like you are ones that keep us going. Your support of {{ store_name }} means the world to us!
Thanks again for shopping with us and I hope the weather in {{ city }} is better than it is here!
