Yuck, we know how frustrating that can be but we're here to help.
If you aren't sure how to find the store's contact information, this article should help with that. There are several ways to get in touch with a store, please try all of them before assuming the store is unresponsive.
First, if you are contacting the store through their contact form, double check that you are typing in your email correctly. If you have mistyped it, the store won't be able to reply to you.
If you have tried all the different routes to reach the store and you just aren't getting a reply, feel free to send us an email at support@storenvy.com and we'll do what we can to get you in touch with the store.
If the item you received was faulty or if you never received your order and the store owner won't cooperate with you, we recommend that you file a dispute with Paypal for orders placed through their platform, or with your bank/credit card issuer if you paid directly on Storenvy.
For PayPal orders, you will have 180 days to file a dispute. The time frame for orders placed directly on Storenvy is determined by your bank/credit card issuer.
