How do I opt-out of the Storenvy marketplace?

Having your items in the Storenvy Marketplace means that they will show up when someone searches for them on storenvy.com. If you turn off your Marketplace store, then shoppers will only be able to find your items if they have a direct link to your store. 

If at any point in time you no longer wish for your products to appear in the Storenvy Marketplace at storenvy.com, and do not wish to receive any sales from it, then you have the option of turning off your Marketplace store from the Store Status page. 

To do this navigate to Settings --> Store Status from your Storenvy admin account. Then click the Opt-Out button in the Marketplace section.

If you opt-out of the Marketplace, then your Marketplace store will no longer exist, preventing you from appearing in any searches there, or receiving new sales from it. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for our system to completely remove all of your product listings in search results, but customers will not be able add your products to their carts.

You can turn the marketplace back on at any time by clicking the Opt-In button in this same section of your admin account.
