I got sent the wrong item, now what?

First, double check your receipt to make absolutely sure you ordered what you thought you were ordering.

If it really was the store's mistake, contact them to let them know and to ask what they will do to fix it.

If you can't get hold of them, feel free to let us know and we'll try to contact them for you. You might also want to file a PayPal dispute if you paid on PayPal, or a credit card dispute if you paid with a credit card.
