Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

We ask all our store owners to ship items within 7 days of the order being placed but we do encourage them to ship within 1-2 days.

Some stores do take longer than that to process items for shipping, typically they will have a note in their FAQ section to indicate how long it is likely to take.

If your item is a pre-order item it will obviously take longer to ship. You will need to check the store's FAQ section for information on how long it is likely to take.

Sometimes a store simply won't mark an item as 'shipped' even if it has been. Or they will mark it as 'shipped' but they won't send you an email to let you know.

​If you have any concerns about how long your order is taking to ship, contact the store to see if they can give you an update.

If you paid with PayPal, be aware that you are protected for 180 days under PayPal's buyer protection policy, so if you wait longer than that you will be forfeiting this protection. If you paid with a credit card the amount of time that you have to file a dispute depends on your credit card company.
